Fails to properly install (.dat file missing and won't even proceed to registration. Not worth bothering with if it can't get that right.

The .dat file is in the download. If you unzip it, you will find three, not the usual two, files, one of which is the .dat file. The other two are the install and the .txt file which explains what you need to do to install the program. Every GOatD user should be reading this .txt file, because not every install is identical.

Thanx. That was helpful. It was confusing because the third file was being seen as a video CD movie file by my computer.
